Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), recently announced that Kelsey Talley and Erin Coakley have joined the company’s HR Consulting Team. Kelsey Talley has joined ESC as an HR Consultant and Erin Coakley as an HR Specialist.
Talley brings with her six years of HR experience working for a large WNY medical practice where her responsibilities included strategic recruitment, coordination of the on-boarding process for new employees, training and development, performance management, and the development of compliance programs. Talley is a graduate of the University of Buffalo where she received her BA in Psychology. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) and has her Healthcare Compliance Certificate (CHC).
Coakley has over seven years of counseling experience supporting mental health and effective coping skills. She will assist with unemployment claims management at ESC and provide assistance with a variety of HR projects, including developing HR documents and trainings. Coakley is a graduate of the University of Buffalo where she received her BA in Psychology. She has her Certification in Human Resource Management from Daemon College and is a member of Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association and Catholic Counselor’s Association of WNY.
