The panel discussion Meliora Consulting is co-hosting with Dopkins & Company on May 10 quickly reached maximum capacity. The subject is Change Management – how to execute lasting change within organizations. It touches on topics such as developing a culture of continuous improvement, using DMAIC methodology to drive change, and much more. We are also pleased to announce that due to popular demand, Meliora has added an additional Six Sigma Green Belt training course to our 2019 schedule. This is a four-day off-site course. It offers students a multi-modal learning experience centered around the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) process, a systematic approach to driving change.
