Employer Services Corporation Announces Promotions

Buffalo, NY – December 2019 – Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in Amherst, NY, is pleased to announce the promotions of Elizabeth Warren to executive vice president and chief people officer, Janet Owczarczak to executive vice president and chief sales officer, Kim Bartolotti to executive vice president and chief information officer, and Lindsay Jones to director of operations and continuous improvement.

As executive vice president and chief people officer, Warren will be focusing on human resources, sales, seminars and speaking engagements on both the local and national levels.  She will continue to develop the ESC brand as the place to go to for expert HR guidance and to build upon the ESC HR team by recruiting the best and brightest. Warren will be evaluating potential new business lines for ESC like recruiting, staffing and temporary services. Warren is a graduate of the University at Buffalo.

As executive vice president and chief sales officer, Owczarczak will be focusing on responsible and sustainable growth, marketing locally and nationally, and client retention and customer experience.  Owczarczak earned her Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration from the University of Buffalo.

In her role as executive vice president and chief information officer, Bartolotti will be focusing on the continuation of creating business value through technology.  She will ensure that ESC’s technological systems are in line with the company’s business goals.  Bartolotti received her Bachelor of Arts in economics from the University of Dayton.

Jones began her career with ESC as a benefits consultant and was promoted to an HR business partner, specializing in unemployment, preventative management, and compensation & benefits analysis. She went on to manage ESC’s benefits team for eight years where she focused on delivering cost-effective and comprehensive benefits coverage to ESC clients. She also managed new client conversions, ensuring smooth and efficient transitions for all new businesses joining the ESC family. Most recently, Jones served as process improvement manager of ESC’s sister company Meliora Consulting, which provides process improvement solutions through their team of Six Sigma Master Black Belts. As director of operations and continuous improvement, Jones will oversee payroll, benefits and onboarding services, ensuring that the customer experience is world-class. She will install and modify systems to make the company’s workflow more accurate and efficient and enhance the company’s focus on its continuous improvement mandate. Jones earned her Bachelor of Science in business administration from SUNY Geneseo and her Master of Business Administration from the University of Buffalo.
