Employer Services Corporation Announces New Hires

Amherst, NY – July 2020 – Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in Amherst, NY, announces multiple new hires to support their continued growth in providing Human Resource (HR) outsourcing services to small and mid-size businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Samantha Rusek joined ESC as the company’s controller. She has over 20 years of accounting, auditing, and consulting experience in both the public accounting world and private business. Rusek will oversee all functions related to the financial aspects of ESC. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE). She is a graduate of Medaille College where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting.

Mackenzie Davis joined ESC as an HR business partner. Her responsibilities include providing service, support, and advice to ESC clients in all areas of human resources including employment labor law, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, unemployment cost control, and management training. Davis received her Bachelor of Science in business administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo. She received her Master’s in Strategic Leadership (MSL) from Roberts Wesleyan College.

Kyle Balicki joined ESC as a finance analyst. Balicki brings over 6 years of experience in both the private and public accounting sectors. He is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose where he received his Bachelor of Science in business administration accounting and finance.

William R. Bakke, CPA, joined ESC as a finance analyst. Bakke brings with him over 6 years of experience in both the private and public accounting sectors. He is a graduate of Canisius College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science in accounting and accounting information systems, and his Master of Science in forensic accounting.

Kelly L. Gracie joined ESC as a finance assistant. Gracie brings with her over 20 years’ experience in both the private and public accounting sector. She attended Erie Community College.
