Buffalo, NY – August 2020 – Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in Amherst, NY, announces multiple new hires to support their continued growth in providing Human Resource (HR) outsourcing services to small and mid-size businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Genia Myers Collins joined ESC as the benefits team lead. She has over 20 years of experience working in the retirement and benefits industry. Collins will coordinate and manage various benefits programs offered to ESC clients and their employees. She will also assist in the training and development of the ESC benefits team. Collins has a Bachelor of Science in business studies from Buffalo State College, and a Master of Science in management and leadership from Keuka College.

Lauren Rutherford joined ESC as an HR business partner. She has over 10 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining ESC, Rutherford was part of the HR team for a large medical design and manufacturing company. Rutherford will be responsible for providing support and advice to ESC clients in all areas of HR including employment labor law, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, unemployment cost control, and management training. Rutherford has a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Niagara University and a Master of Art in organizational leadership from Medaille College.
