Buffalo, NY – March 2019

Employer Services Corporation (ESC), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO) headquartered in Amherst, NY, announces promotions and new hires to support their growth in providing Human Resource (HR) outsourcing services to small and mid-size businesses and nonprofit organizations.

Erin Boorman was promoted to  HR Business Partner.  Boorman will offer human resources support and assistance to all ESC clients, acting as a business partner to build trusted advisor relationships and loyalty with clients’ management teams and staff. Boorman is a graduate of SUNY Fredonia. She earned her Certificate in Human Resource Management from Daemen College.

Leah Denning was promoted to Onboarding and HR Specialist.   In her new role, Denning will continue to provide administrative and technical assistance to the HR Business Partners. She will also assist the Client Onboarding Manager with the new client conversion process to ensure clients a smooth transition onto ESC’s platform. Denning is a graduate of SUNY Cortland.

Matt Carlucci and Daniel Wolfe joined ESC as Business Development Executives. Carlucci and Wolfe will be responsible for educating business owners and executives on ESC’s value proposition and for growing ESC’s market share in Western New York and across the country.

Carlucci is the owner and founder of the Buffalo Soup Fest, an annual event that takes place every winter in the Buffalo Convention Center. Most recently, Carlucci served as the sales manager for Salvatore’s Hospitality. He is a graduate of the State University College at Buffalo.

Wolfe previously served as Employer Relations Manager at the State University of New York at Buffalo where he was responsible for cultivating new student recruiting relationships with employers both regionally and nationally. He received his B.S. from Penn State University and his M.B.A from the University at Buffalo School of Management.

Jeremy Coupe joined the company as the Benefit Team Lead. Coupe will be responsible for providing the coordination and management of various benefits programs offered to ESC clients.

Troy Snelgrove joined ESC as an HR Specialist. Snelgrove will be responsible for providing support and advice to clients in all areas of HR including employment labor law, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, unemployment cost control, and management training. Snelgrove received his B.B.A from Niagara University and is currently working towards his Masters of HR.

Gabriela Reile has joined ESC as a Benefits Consultant. Reile will be responsible for administering, processing and maintaining company benefit programs for ESC clients. Reile graduated from SUNY Brockport with a B.S. in Healthcare Administration.
