Employer Services Corporation Announces New Hires

Buffalo, NY – March 2020 – Employer Services Corporation (ESC) announces multiple new hires to support their continued growth in providing Human Resource (HR) outsourcing services to small and mid-size businesses and nonprofit organizations.

David P. McNall joined ESC as an HR business partner. McNall joins ESC with over 10 years of HR experience providing guidance and human resource strategies to meet organizational change.  His experience includes managing employee relations issues from the investigation stage to resolution,  progressive discipline, implementing and managing employee safety programs, implementing strategic HR initiatives, administering employee benefit programs, and recruiting and onboarding. His most recent work before joining ESC was as an HR manager for the Buffalo Sabres. McNall received his Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University at Buffalo.

Cassie Stefanik joined ESC as an HR specialist. Stefanik previously worked as an industrial recruiter for a local staffing company.  Her experience includes recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition and unemployment claim management.  Stefanik will be responsible for providing support and advice to clients in all areas of HR including employment labor law, employee relations, performance management, progressive discipline, unemployment cost control, and management training.  Stefanik received her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Niagara University.
