Kicking Off 2020 Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training

Meliora Consulting, ESC’s fully-owned subsidiary, is excited to kick off the first Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training course of 2020, right here in Buffalo.  On March 2, we will welcome a sold-out class of participants representing a cross-section of WNY-based businesses.  Throughout the week, students will gain a deep understanding of the DMAIC process, which is the cornerstone of the Six Sigma methodology.  They will also be exposed to Lean principles and gain access to tools that can be immediately used in the workplace to efficiently manage and execute sustainable organizational change.
