ESC is a growing HR outsourcing organization, headquartered in Amherst, which administers payroll, benefits, and human resources consulting services for our clients. We are currently sourcing candidates for the future growth of the company. We are seeking a full-time Human Resources professional to join our team of HR Business Partners. Our HR Business Partners are customer service oriented. They provide advice and support to business owners and managers regarding complex issues relating to all areas of HR.
Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner will include:
- labor law compliance
- employee relations
- development and facilitation of training seminars
- other related duties
A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, or a related field, along with five to seven years of professional experience is necessary. The successful candidate will possess highly effective communication skills, the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment, and the capability to exercise independent judgment while problem solving.
