About Liz Warren
Liz has over 30 years of human resources experience and serves as executive vice president and chief people officer for ESC. She delivers HR services to ESC’s customers, their employees, and ESC’s internal staff. Liz facilitates monthly marketing presentations as well as numerous employee development seminars and has spoken nationally about strategic and tactical human resources. Liz’s background includes 12 years of experience with Wegman’s Food Market.
About Liz Farmer
Liz has over 28 years of human resource experience. Her expertise includes change management, leadership training, and performance management. She spent over 20 years in the HR departments of major banks in the Buffalo area, including Fleet Bank, Five Star Bank, and First Niagara, holding a variety of roles including organizational development, talent management, and employee training and development. Liz has her Myers Briggs Type Indicator certification
