ESC’s Director of Operations & Continuous Improvement Lindsay Jones was awarded the 40 Under 40 Honor by Buffalo Business First On November 19, 2020.

This was the 29th annual 40 Under 40 program sponsored by Buffalo Business First.  The goal of the program is to identify 40 men and women, under the age of 40, who are successful in their professions and involved in the community.

Lindsay joined the ESC group of companies in 2005.  She oversees the payroll, benefits, and onboarding service teams to ensure that they provide a world-class customer experience.  In her continuous improvement role, she installs and modifies systems to make workflows more accurate and efficient, always working to enhance ESC’s continuous improvement mandate.

Before her new role, Lindsay managed ESC’s benefits department for eight years. She focused on delivering cost-effective and comprehensive benefits coverage to ESC clients. She then worked with ESC’s sister company, Meliora Consulting, where she served as a process improvement manager. She worked directly with Meliora clients, facilitating continuous improvement teams with both Lean Six Sigma and related project management activities. She coached and mentored Green Belts and project leaders within client companies.

Lindsay has been published for her research in International Human Resources and has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification, her CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and is finalizing her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification. She is a Girl Scouts leader,  president of the PTO board Alden School, and a volunteer at Alden Food Pantry.
