Kelsey joined ESC in 2017 as a Human Resource Consultant. She began her HR career in 2010 in the retail industry where her responsibilities included recruitment, training oversight, performance appraisals, promotions, addressing performance issues, delivering disciplinary actions and terminations. She continued her career with a local medical practice that employed over 350 people. In that role, Kelsey’s responsibilities included strategic recruitment, coordination of the on-boarding process for new employees, training and development, performance management, and the development of compliance programs. She also handled employee relations matters including resolving staff conflicts, addressing human resources policies, and handling employee grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary action.
Kelsey has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resource (PHR) and has her Healthcare Compliance Certificate (CHC). Kelsey’s healthcare background and HR experience make her a strong asset to ESC’s HR team.
