Lauren’s HR background includes over 11 years at ESC, currently serving as an HR manager. In addition to supporting and assisting the HR needs of ESC clients, she offers internal support for ESC employees in all HR areas. She acts as a mentor to new ESC employees, helping them to acclimate to ESC’s unique culture and ensuring their success.

Lauren has significant experience in the areas of employee training & development, employee relations, and HR strategy development. Prior to ESC, she gained recruitment, employee relations, and benefits experience at Summit Educational Resources and Gateway-Longview. She is PHR certified by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She is a member of the Buffalo Niagara Human Resources Association (BNHRA).
