Lindsay joined the ESC group of companies in 2005 and currently serves as ESC’s director of operations and continuous improvement. Lindsay oversees the payroll, benefits, and onboarding service teams to ensure that they provide a world-class customer experience. In her continuous improvement role, she installs and modifies systems to make workflows more accurate and efficient, always working to enhance ESC’s continuous improvement mandate.
Lindsay began her career at ESC as an HR business partner. In 2010 she became the onboarding and benefits manager, focused on delivering cost-effective, comprehensive benefits coverage to clients while ensuring a smooth transition to ESC’s platform. In 2018 she joined ESC’s sister company, Meliora Consulting, where she served as a process improvement manager. She worked directly with Meliora clients, facilitating continuous improvement teams with both Lean Six Sigma and related project management activities. She coached and mentored Green Belts and project leaders within client companies.
Lindsay has been published for her research in International Human Resources and has earned her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) Certification, her CEBS (Certified Employee Benefits Specialist), her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, and is finalizing her Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certification.
