Welcome to June! Here is your friendly reminder that while the month of May – Mental Health Awareness Month – has ended, mental health should continue to be at the forefront of your priorities. The results of studies done by Mental Health America indicated that positive workplace mental health requires investment (i.e., time, intention, and action) from all levels, including executive leadership, management, and employees. In 2021, 78% of employees agreed that their workplace stress affects their mental health. Employees reporting that they find it difficult to concentrate at work has increased from 46% in 2018 to 71% in 2021. Below you will find recommendations from Mental Health America.
