New York State Paid Sick Leave Requirement 2021

New York State is rolling out a new paid sick leave policy that will go into effect January 1, 2021. This regulation applies to virtually all employers, with different requirements based on the size and the net income of the business. Join ESC’s Compliance Officer and HR Business Partner, Cindy Lawrence, as she provides a comprehensive overview of this new requirement.
