Currently serving as ESC’s payroll team lead, Kristen provides support and facilitates training of payroll team members, identifies and develops team goals and objectives, and ensures a smooth flow of key information throughout the team.

Kristen began her career at ESC as a member of the Payroll Team. Most recently she worked with the HR team as an HR specialist and onboarding advisor where she was responsible for unemployment claims management and provided input and assistance with a variety of HR projects, including developing HR documents and training.

Prior to joining ESC, Kristen had over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, where she was responsible for training new associates and leading teams to provide exceptional customer experiences.
