Here at ESC, we provide our clients with HR best practices to, among other reasons, plan for growth. Now we are taking our own advice and hosting an open house for HR professionals!
This is a chance for those seeking an fresh career opportunity now or in the future to learn about ESC, our culture, and the types of human resources positions we hire for. Attendees will be able to tour our office, meet ESC employees, and learn about ESC’s unique culture. Participants will also have conversations with ESC’s HR Leadership team about positions that we anticipate becoming available, based on our business growth.
In a recent employee survey, the number one adjective that our employees used to describe ESC was “fun!” We have a people-centric environment, where we work smart in a team-oriented context. Our company provides HR services and support for small-medium sized business, including HR compliance, management training, employee relations, HR strategy, and HR projects. Our team gets to work with a variety of types of businesses and delivers services that make a true impact on our clients’ success.
