Jan serves as executive vice-president and chief sales officer. Jan brings sales and operational experience to the ESC Executive Team. Responsible for the strategy, development, and growth of the Business Development Team at ESC, Jan leads by example as she and her team continue to add loyal customers to the ESC family by continuously educating business owners on ESC’s value proposition. Jan’s passion and enthusiasm, coupled with her extensive business development background have proven to be a winning combination in support of our objective to grow profitably.

Prior to joining ESC, Jan spent 22 years with Computer Task Group (CTG), a $300 million technology consulting firm where she last served as managing director responsible for business development, business start-ups, and turnarounds. CTG has been recognized as one of the Top 100 companies to work for in the United States. During her tenure, Jan held various leadership positions and was responsible for developing and growing business in the Northeast region.

Jan is a past president of the Buffalo Niagara Sales & Marketing Executives, a graduate of the University of Buffalo’s Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership (CEL), and a graduate of Leadership Buffalo’s Class of 2018. She is involved in being a mentor and reactor to students in the CEL program, a frequent speaker at various business groups and associations, and a past board member of the CEL Alumni Association and Susan G. Komen WNY.
