ESC maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no website, communication method, network, or storage system is completely secure. ESC cannot guarantee the absolute security of personal information. You should not submit sensitive personal information through the public-facing Site, ordinary email, or another unsecured communication method unless ESC expressly directs you to do so.
