Cindy joined ESC in 2011 as an HR business partner. Cindy is one of ESC’s compliance officers allowing ESC to assist their customers with staying current and compliant with state and federal regulations as well as an approved Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Coordinator by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Cindy’s experience prior to joining ESC includes her role as divisional manager of human resource with a global manufacturing company headquartered in Buffalo, where her responsibilities included employee relations (fostering a continued union-free environment), full-cycle recruitment processes and on-boarding, performance management, corporate training, and regulatory compliance. Cindy has also served in the HR function at a major regional bank, and as a consultant to owners and management for clients of a Professional Employer Organization (PEO).
Cindy is a graduate of Dale Carnegie of Western New York, still serving as a graduate assistant for its programs, and attended the Cornell School of Industrial Relations. She’s a Certified Predictive Index Analyst (PI), as well as certified by the HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and an SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Cindy’s broad experience and a high level of strategic expertise have proven to be a great asset to ESC’s loyal customers and their employees.
